Analytics platform data model redesign

Problem

The existing platform served 50K+ monthly users but had a fragmented data model that made it difficult for analysts to get insights quickly.

What I Did

Redesigned the core data model to unify how metrics, dimensions, and calculations were stored and queried. Rebuilt the query layer from scratch.

Impact

Reduced time-to-insight by 40%. Eliminated an entire category of support tickets.

2022 — Present

Built and operate a cultural gathering space that bridges diaspora communities through language, food, and shared identity.

What I Did

Created and scaled a self-sustaining community for language learners—emphasizing authentic conversation over drill.

What I Did
